Monday: Hamburger Steaks w/ Cream of Mushroom Gravy
Tuesday: Spaghetti Casserole (this has to be a quick meal night b/c Emma starts Gymnastics Tuesday)
Wednesday: Healthified Spinach Stuffed Chicken Parmesan (can't wait to try this recipe)
Thursday: Healthified Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Friday: Quick Chicken & Dumplings (these are NOT like the dumplings I'm used to, but I'm giving them a try!)
Those last three are new recipes I haven't tried yet - I really hope they are as good as they look!
Can I just add that since I've been making a weekly menu our grocery bill is so much more reasonable and I'm don't find myself wasting time standing in front of the fridge or the pantry saying, "What do I feel like making for dinner tonight?" I get home, I immediately get started on dinner & before I know it we're done & the kitchen is clean & it's play time!
