I've been slacking too much...

I've really been being careful about watching what I eat, but I haven't been in the gym nearly enough. Today during lunch I got in a good workout on the stair master and I have to say that I really feel so much better. My coworker and I are planning on a Monday/Wednesday/Thursday lunch workout - we're going to do our best to keep one another motivated & on track!!!
