I bought something new for lunch & am finally trying it out today. It's thesesame teriyaki noodle bowl from Simply Asia. I was a little scared, b/c I tried another kind before and didn't like it all. These are much better & I think I will have to buy some more! The only thing that irks me is that they consider one bowl two servings and I'm sorry, but there isn't enough there to make it last two meals. It only has four grams of fat, but it has 396 calories (that's total, not just one serving). I guess b/c of the teriyaki sauce - I think it has a lot of sugar in it. I will have to try some of their other products, too!
I also picked up two of the new soups from Campbells - the tomato & basil and the portabello mushroom...two of my absolute favorite soups. I haven't tried them yet, though. I've actually asked our chefs downstairs for their tomato soup recipe b/c it's yummy. I am going to ask for the mushroom recipe as well b/c it's wonderful! I'm a big soup fan!
