I really didn't want to work out today...I was fighting it tooth & nail, but I know that I need to & I feel better for doing it.
My friend has been talking to me about going walking with her during lunch & we've made plans to do so, but they kept getting moved around. Neither of us wanted to work out today, but neither of us wanted to let the other down even more...so we walked!!! I feel great now, but when she called to say what time we were to meet I was close to saying, "Wouldn't you rather go out for Thai???" I'm glad I didn't b/c now knowing she didn't want to walk she might have accepted!! Ha ha!
See how important workout buddies are when you're trying to get back into the groove of things? Now if we can just keep our future workout dates!!!
