Oh, I am going to be sore tomorrow!

I finally started to accomplish the STRENGTH part of my goals!! Last week all I did was cardio...so today I devoted all to strength! I did upper and lower body today, though normally I would only do one or the other during a routine...but I figured I had better get all my muscles awake at once if I am going to stick to this!!!! Going forward I'll either do upper or lower only, though. It felt good actually...I got in a good workout. I think I am going to schedule a session w/ one of the trainers to develop an effective 30 minute strength workout. We're trying to get a group training session, but there aren't any openings until June so we have to wait. Ah well...
