Commit to Get Fit - Thought for the Day

Day 1 - You have the power to change, and no one can take that away.
You have the power to change! You will emerge from this 12 week program with a healthier body and a new, exciting life. The process for creating the new you has already begun. Keep that thought in mind while you are warming up before every workout.
