I could definitely tell today in class that I had been on hiatus for a week. I was so tired when class was over! On the way out, though, the trainer complimented me on my improvement since I have been back in the gym. That thrilled me and was so great motivation-wise!!! I think I really needed to hear that. I haven't been as positive as I should be to keep it up! I really have been feeling better physically, but not seeing a change in the scale it's hard to stay motivated...it's like have to have some sort of quantifiable number to know that I am making any progress!!!
