Tomorrow is my goal date...14 days straight of induction. I don't think I am going to stop induction, though. I haven't lost as much weight as I want to by any means, so I think staying on induction at this point is the thing to do. I don't know if I will continue to count days; however, that might help me stay on track. So, maybe Sunday will be Part Two, Day One!!
We had dinner at Michael's parents' last night and there were potatoes and corn and bread and gravy - and I didn't have any of it!!! There were also mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots - I ate around the carrots) that she steamed and were delicious! The meat was hamburger steaks simmered in brown gravy...so yes I believe I got about two tablespoons of gravy. I don't think that will throw anything off, though.
I am having old reliable this morning for b'fast - eggs scrambled with bacon, cheese, and tomatoes. This weekend we're having brisket one day and another day we're grilling chicken and sausage - so I don't think I'll have anything worry about. Plus, today on my way home I am stopping at the grocery store to get snacks for everyone and am going to get some low carb snacks for me! They have low carb milk out now, but I think it's expensive...I might try a half gallon of it, though. See how it tastes w/ some low carb cereal.
I won't be able to weigh in the morning - I wish I had weighed on Day 1 and then had another number to compare it to on Day 14. That would have been nice to see!
I am not working out during lunch today. I am going to keep Fridays as my off-exercise day - during lunch anyway. I need to start working out at home in the evenings. I have Pilates DVDs, and Taebo DVDs, and a buns & abs video, and even an exercise ball, which I love but seldom use. I want to get some small weights to work my arms, too. I don't want anything heavy, I just want something that I can do a lot of reps with to help tone my arm, especially my triceps. My arms used to be really toned and now that aren't really at all. Bleh...
