Day 11

I had another one of McDonald's Salads for dinner last night. We went out to the ball park last night so we just went to grab something...it was good. I had the grilled chicken and not the crispy chicken since it was battered...it was really good!

Yesterday I did my arms at the gym, but today I am not going to use any weights. It won't help our team points-wise, but I am going to walk on the treadmil - see if I can't work out some of this soreness. Ooowwweee!! I hurt from Monday's leg routine. Squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and calves...first time back in a while. I know it's a good feeling b/c it means I am working muscles that I haven't worked in a while, but it still hurts! Hopefully it wil be better by the weekend.

I don't want another salad for lunch today - I have been eating not but salads lately, I would really like a low carb smoothie from Smoothie King, but if I work out I won't have time during lunch to go get one. I have some Crystal Light, maybe that will suffice for today! Fridays are going to be my day off from working out during lunch, maybe I can get one then!
