Pilates is going well!! Every time I get through with a workout I start feeling all tall and trim!! I still get that bit of a head rush b/c the blood starts really flowing! The only real negative thing about it is that my neck also starts to hurt.
To be honest, though I didn't do it Monday or Tuesday, but tonight I am - no excuses!!! My biggest problem area right now is my hips and this workout does a great job in that area. In all areas actually! I found a pair of jeans the other day that I can no longer get into so they have become the official "Old Jeans"! My goal is to be able to get into them. I am not going to set a deadline (though summer is pretty realistic) b/c I want to be able to concentrate on each day individually. I have found that is a big part of my problem. I think I start looking too far into the future about what I am going to do instead of doing it!!!
